Currency

All prices on the DiecastCollectables.co.nz New Zealand website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.

Disclaimer

The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of New Zealand. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

DiecastCollectables reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in specifications of models on this website and is not responsible for typographical errors or digital errors or omissions. Such changes may effect pricing and content.

Every effort is made to provide up to date prices and information.  Diecast Collectables reserves the right to change prices without notice.  Specials apply only while stocks last or until the expiry period of the special offer.

Diecast Collectables is not affiliated to any manufacturer and uses trade marked brands and images solely for the purposes of marketing and selling stock.

International Orders

We are happy to accept international orders.  The purchase amount will be charged to your credit card in NZ Dollars but will appear on you next credit card bill in your local currency. You need to be sure that you understand the cost of your purchase.

The amount of shipping costs calculated and provided to you at the time you place an order must be regarded as a handling fee for international orders.  The actual international shipping costs will be charged.  We will notify you of the actual shipping charges via email and these will be added to the amount of your order when the transaction is charged to your credit card.

All activities on this website are conducted under the laws of jurisdiction of New Zealand.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Direct Credit to our NZ bank account.

If paying by credit card, credit card details must be supplied with each order as details are not kept on file unless authorised by you

Purchases will not be dispatched until the funds have been cleared. Generally this takes 5-7 days from the date of deposit for payments by direct credit.

Prices

All Prices stated on the DiecastCollectables.co.nz website are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.  We aim to keep our prices stable, however reserve the right to change the prices at our discretion.  If this happens, purchases before the change will be charged at the old price. 

For international orders, the purchase amount charged to your credit card will be in NZ Dollars but will appear on you next credit card bill in your local currency. You need to be sure that you understand the cost of your purchase.  As a guide, as at 3 Dec 2006 the NZ$ to US$ exchange rate is approximately 0.6800.  This means that if you purchase NZ$100 worth of goods it will cost around US$68.  Foreign exchange rates change daily so the exact amount changed will depend on the exchange rate applied by your credit card merchant on the day of the transaction.

Security

Store security is one of our highest priorities. All information is stored on a secure data facility. We utilize industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This means at the checkout, our servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) information such as your credit card details. 

Stock Condition

Because we specialise in hard to find models some stock may be second hand or re-sold wholesale close-out stock.  Where items are not new, have playwear or slight damage to the boxes or blister packs we will endeavour to highlight any such condition of the goods being sold. 

While we take all care to ensure that you are adequately informed of the stock condition Diecast Collectables does not guarantee the condition of the boxes, cards or blister packs.

You have the rights and remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for any purchase, except for purchases for business use.
